And that’s why you need to understand the simple but powerful tool of user stories.
Have you ever heard someone say, “This is what I asked for but it’s not what I wanted.”
It’s so deflating. All that work going towards creating the wrong thing.
It’s not fun.
But I've had a lot less of those since I've begun applying user stories both to work and across the various domains of my life.
